The Beginning
"Amogelesega mo Afrika!" ("Welcome to Africa"). Jacqueline Burger and I review details of our trip to Iwamanzi, which is in the North-West Province of South Africa. She and her husband, Stan, will guide my husband and me on a hunt. Stan has already given me confidence with his encouragement. My plan is to share in the "first blood" tradition in which I will honor both the zebra and its Creator.

You truly are in for the experience of a lifetime! We are excited about your work in Zambia, and thrilled that you are connecting with Coy at Burger's Iwamanzi in S.A. We can not wait to hear your African tales, as only you can tell them! As for this trip not being on your bucket list, perhaps you will be like our friend Sam who accompanied us . . . he said he didn't know Africa was on his bucket list until he went there! It will be magical.
